A good eye, and a fair deal

Every find is a small mystery.

Pawnfolk turns the rhythm of a neighborhood shop into a thoughtful, pocket-sized management game.

Meet Bellwether

The objects have owners. The owners have reasons.

Bellwether is a made-up harbor town. Its shop is filled with original characters, fictional keepsakes, and small records of everyday life.

Stories add context; they never decide authenticity, prices, or shop outcomes. The core game is designed around clear, offline rules and hand-written scenes.
